Assessment Coaching is when a life coaching student coaches another life coach student LIVE for 7 minutes using the laser coaching framework.

Immediately following the coaching, they get 'assessed' by a Certified Life coach in 3 key areas.

This methodology and practice has proven to be a great way to hone in on the skillset and mindset required to establish a deeper connection with potential clients, discover what the underling issues are and become an impactful coach.
