7 Things I Learned in 60 days on my Health & Fitness Journey

 

I've been talking about baby weight for the past 13 years 

1. It's not just about what you eat and how much you eat.

- its really about what you eat, not how much!

2. Fruit is fantastic but it's not your best friend 

3. Know about your blood sugar level!!

4. Have an eating window. My eating window is 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, before and after that I have no business eating 

5. Exercise 2 times a day. Your body needs to be shocked out of the norm. 

6. I had to make eating convenient. I cleaned out my pantry, bought cleaned food and only kept clean things in the fridge to make it "easy"

7. I got a coach!!

 

I still got a lot to do in this life. I can do it a lot better in good health!

It was time.

I simply got tired of being overweight so I truly decided to get serious.

This is 2 months in and I’m proud of my progress so far!

I may hop on live later today to chat about this and answer any questions that could very well help you live longer.

Let’s be clear…lol! I’m no health & fitness expert BUT, I’m just a regular chica doing the darn thing!

The biggest this I’ve learned is that it’s not JUST about eating less and moving more. That’s part of it but that’s not all.

Thanks @rochelletparks for ‘all the things’. You helped me see my health through a different lens. 🙏🏽💕 Follow her now IF you’re serious and not just curious. She has all kinds of tips and tricks. I keep telling her those folks are going to kick her out of the grocery store doing live product reviews of what you should and shouldn’t be putting in your body. She got the camera crew IN the grocery store y’all! 🤣

Gotta go exercise. 🏃🏽‍♀️
